What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations at De Werf are worry-free! If you book directly through us, you can cancel free of charge up to 2 days (48 hours) before arrival.
Where can I park?
You can park for free behind De Werf drinks & more. Address: Willemsoord 60A, you can leave your car here. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk across the street.
Can I check in early?

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately pets are not permitted.
If I travel by train, how far is the hotel from the station?
We are very close by--a mere 5-minute walk! Follow the sign that says “Uitgang Centrum,” and walk along Beatrixstraat. Take a left at the end of the street, and in only 100 meters, voilà, there we are. You can’t miss us.
Are the rooms air conditioned?
You bet! Even on hot summer evenings, we will keep you cool.
Do you offer bike rentals?
Unfortunately we do not yet offer bike rentals. However, just around the corner, you can rent a bike for €15 per day or €25 per day for an electric bike.
Cycling is a great way to discover the beautiful surroundings of Den Helder, and we have mapped out some beautiful bike routes for you.
What are the dining options?
Thai food? Pizza? No problem. The best restaurants in Den Helder are right across the street from our hotel. We also work in collaboration with several restaurants in the area. We have the full experience on offer.
What are the options for special events or meetings?
From brunches, business lunches, afternoon teas to drinks and cocktail parties: Everything is possible in our bar! Contact us so we can plan something fun together!
