Check-in is possible from 15:00, Scan the Whatsapp QR code in the email to chat directly with us, to indicate how you want to check in.

We offer the following options:

1.       Self-service

We use a QR code to access the hotel and your room. This QR code is sent on the day of arrival by Whatsapp.

2.       Reception

Would you like to be helped personally, this is possible daily from 15:00 to 18:00. If you come after 18:00, please let us know. If your arrival is after 20:00, you should use the QR code (sent to your Whatsapp).

Check-out is at 10:00 on weekdays and 11:00 on weekends.

Please feel free to leave your luggage with us after you check out.

Reservations at De Werf are worry-free! If you book directly through us, you can cancel free of charge up to 2 days (48 hours) before arrival.

You can park for free in front of the hotel. If there is no space left, you can park free of charge a 2-minute walk away at Willemsoord.

Unfortunately pets are not permitted.

There is a very small enclosed space that can only hold 6 bicycles. Stables always go in consultation. Always contact us in advance about this. Full is full!

We are very close by--a mere 5-minute walk! Follow the sign that says “Uitgang Centrum,” and walk along Beatrixstraat. Take a left at the end of the street, and in only 100 meters, voilà, there we are. You can’t miss us.

You bet! Even on hot summer evenings, we will keep you cool.

Unfortunately we do not yet offer bike rentals. However, just around the corner, you can rent a bike for €15 per day or €25 per day for an electric bike.

Cycling is a great way to discover the beautiful surroundings of Den Helder, and we have mapped out some beautiful bike routes for you.

Thai food? Pizza? No problem. The best restaurants in Den Helder are right across the street from our hotel. We also work in collaboration with several restaurants in the area. We have the full experience on offer.

From brunches, business lunches, afternoon teas to drinks and cocktail parties: Everything is possible in our bar! Contact us so we can plan something fun together!
